Nicolas Detering

Nicolas Detering (* 1985) is Junior Professor of German Literature at the University of Konstanz. He holds degrees from the Universities of Oxford and Freiburg and has received funding from the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes), the German Research Foundation (DFG) and the Herzog August Bibliothek Wolfenbüttel. Together with Albrecht Koschorke and Kirsten Mahlke he has recently founded the Research Centre ‘European Cultures in a Multipolar World’ at the University of Konstanz.
