Francesca Lacaita

Francesca Lacaita is Italian Government Lector at the University of St Andrews. She received her Doctorate at the University of Genoa with a thesis on the images and discourses of the nation in the early-nineteenth century Irish national tale. She has published on the Northern Ireland question, the early Irish national tale, the changing functions and meanings of European borders, Anna Siemsen and the European idea.
